Processes Not Programs

There is no silver bullet. There is no program or campaign that will instantly fix everything in your church or magically disciple everyone. Most programs have short lived positive results but fail to produce lasting effect in your church. The answer? A well thought out strategic process that works for the long haul.

A system is a  BRIDGE (process) that moves people from where they are to where God wants them to be.

Your challenge? Build more bridges! You need to design processes that help move people from where they are to where they need to be. We need to build a process that seeks to produce the kind of disciples we’re trying to make and stick to it! be patient. A Seed takes time to grow. Don't get vision schizophrenia. Stick to it! Trust the process. Don't buy into the temptation to run to conference or church and try to rip off what they are doing and transplanting it wholesale into your church.  Learn from other churches, but don't be a copycat church!  No plan is perfect...so work your plan! If you stick to it, resource it, and review it regularly, you will improve on it annually. Over time you will make more and better disciples!

So go, build the bridge. Plant the seed. Water it...Resource it. Trust me: It will grow!
