Director of Operations 


This full-time position will build and manage the operational systems, structures and teams for


  • Spiritually mature believer in a vital, growing relationship with Christ expressed in a commitment to humble, servant leadership.

  • Possesses a heart for the local church and the wider kingdom of God, including leaders in the marketplace.

  • Healthy: Emotionally, Spiritually, Relationally, Physically, and Financially.

  • Demonstrates the Fruits of the Spirit as outlined in Galatians 5:22.

  • Collaborate with CEO to devise effective short and long term goals.

  • Responsible for managing all major projects.

  • Manage and monitor our CRM (infusionsoft) and maintain a dashboard that clarifies how we are doing.

  • Monitor goals, financial pipeline, and pro forma to ensure not just that deals closing tomorrow, but pipeline for next 6-12 months is filled.

  • Implement and maintain all company systems: Leads, Clients, Purchases, and Follow-up.  

  • Ensure all goals and deadlines are met by developing and implementing strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

  • Organize and manage all events.

  • Ensure that coaching team is equipped, and communications are efficient.

  • Work with bookkeeper to ensure all finances are in order.

  • Responsible for all budgeting and forecasting.

  • Responsible for ensuring clients are invoiced accurately and regularly, revenue is being collected, and all financial reporting internally and externally.

  • Responsible for ensuring all coaches and vendors are paid timely and correctly.

  • Other Duties As Assigned

Required Skills + Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent work experience

  • Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets (Formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, etc.)

  • The ability to hear about a new technology or software and learn it within days (e.g., Squarespace, Infusionsoft, Leadpages, Hootsuite, etc.)

  • Preferred experience with quickbooks or other bookkeeping software.
