Director of Engagement
This full-time position will oversee all duties from client relationships and retention to new business activities seeing prospective clients through the sales process.

Be a self starter.
Organized and able to build rapport quickly in person and on the phone.
Build rapport over the phone and uncover needs of leaders to share how Courage to lead can help them and their organization
Convert prospective organizations into clients
Calling existing and past clients to build and maintain rapport
Continuously improve through feedback
Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Reach out to client leads through cold calling
Understands a culture of honor and life-giving organizational culture
Able to connect with leaders across all kinds of ministry and marketplace contexts
High emotional fortitude. Healthy Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
Is self-secure. Not easily offended!
Willing to pay the price, sacrifice, and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Willing to reside in Birmingham, AL, where CTL HQ is located
Burns with the desire to coach & provide leadership growth and organizational health for thousands of leaders
Calling various lists to introduce Courage to lead to leaders of both marketplace businesses and Church organizations.
Build and manage pipeline of prospective clients using the sales process
Build and develop relationships of prospective companies leaders
Manage dashboard and improve sales process on an ongoing basis
Manage and oversee client experience and retention
Travel to various events as needed to ensure client success
Achieve agreed upon revenue targets and outcomes within schedule
