Director of Engagement

OVERVIEW

This full-time position will oversee all duties from client relationships and retention to new business activities seeing prospective clients through the sales process.

  • Organized and able to build rapport quickly in person and on the phone.

  • Build rapport over the phone and uncover needs of leaders to share how Courage to lead can help them and their organization

  • Convert prospective organizations into clients

  • Calling existing and past clients to build and maintain rapport

  • Continuously improve through feedback

  • Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • Reach out to client leads through cold calling

  • Able to connect with leaders across all kinds of ministry and marketplace contexts

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calling various lists to introduce Courage to lead to leaders of both marketplace businesses and Church organizations.

  • Build and manage pipeline of prospective clients using the sales process

  • Build and develop relationships of prospective companies leaders

  • Manage dashboard and improve sales process on an ongoing basis

  • Manage and oversee client experience and retention

  • Travel to various events as needed to ensure client success

  • Achieve agreed upon revenue targets and outcomes within schedule
