Wouldn’t it be nice 90 days from now to know that at least one area of your life had improved?
Each of us has key areas of our life that may or not be healthy. Here is a short list of the most basic ones I can think of.
While maintaining some level of progress for each of these areas at all times is important…
The key to developing as a person is to isolate each of these areas and intensely tackle them one at a time over the course of 90 days.
If you do it right, the new habits you develop over that 90 day period will stick with you beyond the 90 days as a new routine.
And if you really want to maximize your efforts during the 90 day period, find an expert to help you (even if you have to pay them). It won’t really be an expense; it’s more of an investment.
So which one would you like to improve? You may need to bring in an expert to help and that is ok…
With Physical Health, get a physical trainer.
With Relational Health, go see a marriage counselor with your spouse.
With Spiritual Health, schedule an appointment with a pastor.
You get the idea…
90 days from now will be here whether you get better or not. So you might as well get better at something between now and then.
