At CourageToLead, we exist to help Christian business owners ditch the guilt on Sundays for the way they've led their team between Sundays. We do it by embedding the Killer Team Operating System® into their businesses — and coaching them through the pushback, speed bumps, and setbacks that come with real growth.
We're looking for a full-time Business Coach who will own the fulfillment experience for our faith-driven Marketplace leaders — CEOs, founders, and owners in our Killer Team Coaching Program and our 1:1 “8 Figure Circle” Coaching Clients. You won't just teach content; you'll carry the weight of the relationship with our clients and make sure every one of them feels successfully coached.
Faith-driven CEOs and owners running $1M–$50M+ businesses who want to build a Killer Team without killing themselves or their people in the process. They've read the leadership books, been to the conferences, listened to the podcasts — and they're finally ready for contextualization and accountability. That's where you come in.
1. Fulfillment of the Killer Team Coaching Program
Lead bi-weekly coaching calls for with multiple clients
Hold every client accountable to their homework and finish lines.
Run each call on time, on agenda, and full of the last-10% honesty our culture requires.
Own client outcomes: Client retention KPI’s, as well conversion into the additional tiers of coaching.
2. 1:1 Coached for Converted Marketplace Clients
Contextualizing the Killer Team OS to their specific business, team, and season.
Serve as their trusted outside voice on hiring, firing, compensation, org design, leadership pipeline, and CEO time management.
Track client progress, flag retention risks early, and celebrate wins publicly.
3. Content Fulfillment & Refinement
Co-own the Marketplace client experience inside our coaching dashboard & Playbook.
4. Team & Client Culture
Live the CourageToLead Core Values (below) in every interaction, both internally and externally.
Model Drama-Free Culture and Last 10% Culture with both teammates and clients.
Partner with Jason Delgado (Head of Coaching) and the Lead Coach team on client escalations, at-risk accounts, and cohort design decisions.
Required
Faith-Driven— this is a ministry to marketplace leaders and an active, personal faith is essential.
10+ years of leadership experience — ideally as a business owner, CEO, COO, executive pastor, or senior operator who has actually built, led, and scaled large teams.
Proven coaching track record, helping other leaders get unstuck, not just run your own shop.
World-class communicator — you can teach, challenge, and encourage with presence and clarity.
Systems mind + shepherd heart — you love frameworks AND you love people.
Self-managed — you can run a remote calendar, maintain ridiculous responsiveness, and follow through without hand-holding.
Bonus Points
Prior experience coaching owners of $10M–$50M+ businesses.
Background in EOS, StratOp, Scaling Up, or similar operating systems — with the ability to teach the Killer Team OS® as superior for faith-driven leaders.
Track record of growing a book of coaching clients via referrals and retention.
Comfort on stage — one-day events, mastermind retreats, and live trainings.
